STANDARDIZED TESTING:
Our bulk popcorn is tested in a standardized MWVT* tester
at 1400 watts and 480 degrees Fahrenheit. The popcorn moisture
content
is determined by using the recommended calibrations of the Dickey-John
Moisture Tester, which
is the industry standard for testing.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE:
Keep your
popcorn in a dry, cool room preferably below 65 F. Store popcorn
on a platform or pallet off the floor and away from the wall. Keep
storage area
clean and orderly. Rotate your stock.
